IT Business Analyst Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst Senior to join our team on a 3-month contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with a focus on business analysis and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Location: McLean, VA 22102

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant IT experience using SDLC and Excel, including MID and Pivot tables.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and present data lineage effectively.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process/data flow design, and technical spec design.
• Prior work experience at client or in Financial /Banking industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with manual and automation testing.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Experience in translating business requirements to technical requirements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Interface between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Support development, systems integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Create and document UAT strategies/plans and test cases/scripts.
• Define project objectives and conduct feasibility analysis.
