Senior Payroll Specialist

Owning end-to-end payroll operations and benefits administration, the full-time remote Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist will manage US payroll, oversee international payroll approvals, and administer benefits programs globally, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Process end-to-end US payroll and manage payroll tax compliance for multi-state operations Prepare certified payroll reports for construction projects and ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws Administer US and international benefits programs, including reconciliation and compliance with relevant regulations Required Qualifications 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including 3+ years managing US multi-state payroll Experience with international payroll through in-country providers and/or EOR platforms Hands-on benefits administration experience, including 401(k) administration Strong knowledge of US payroll tax regulations and wage-and-hour requirements Proficiency with major payroll/HRIS platforms and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
