Remote B2B Sales Executive — HR Software Growth

Als Sales Executive bij Thalently ben je remote (binnen EU) of on-site vanaf ons kantoor in Utrecht verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren en benaderen van potentiële klanten en het begeleiden van het volledige salesproces. Je werkt vanuit deze rol nauw samen met het senior management en je krijgt veel ruimte om mee te denken over de positionering en propositie van Thalently. Daarnaast bouw je relaties op met HR-verantwoordelijken, directieleden en managers met people verantwoordelijkheid. Thalently is een moderne HR-softwareoplossing die organisaties helpt om hun medewerkers beter te begeleiden, ontwikkelen en laten presteren. Met modules voor onder andere performance management, feedback, 1-op-1 gesprekken en talentontwikkeling ondersteunt Thalently organisaties waarin mensen centraal staan. Onze klanten zijn vooral kennisgedreven organisaties, zoals consultancybedrijven, technologiebedrijven en organisaties in de zorgsector. Om onze groei te versnellen zijn we op zoek naar een Sales Executive! Wat je gaat doen Identificeren van potentiële klanten en opbouwen van een prospect base Proactief benaderen van prospects via LinkedIn, email en telefoon Voeren van eerste salesgesprekken en kwalificeren van leads Begeleiden van het volledige salesproces: van eerste contact tot closing Opvolgen van leads en onderhouden van relaties met prospects Meedenken over het aanscherpen van de propositie en messaging Werken met duidelijke salesdoelstellingen en targets Wat we zoeken 1–3 jaar ervaring in sales, bij voorkeur in B2B Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden Native Nederlands spreker HBO werk- en denkniveau Zelfstandig, ondernemend en resultaatgericht In staat om targets te halen en ownership te nemen over deals Interesse in HR, talentontwikkeling en organisaties Veel verantwoordelijkheid en directe impact op de groei van Thalently Nauwe samenwerking met het senior management Mogelijkheid om het salesproces mede vorm te geven Herken jij jezelf in het bovenstaande profiel?
