Work Environment

Working onsite in our advanced rehabilitation facility, you will be surrounded by a professional team comprising two physical therapists and one Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify treatment objectives and requirements, ensuring individualized care plans.
• Manage a scheduled patient load of one patient per hour, delivering effective treatments in a timely manner.
• Implement cost-effective intervention strategies that aim to enhance mobility, promote wellness, and reduce the reliance on medications or surgical solutions.
• Utilize diverse treatment techniques to develop and adjust comprehensive care plans that cater to patient-specific needs.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy while motivating patients to actively engage in their recovery process.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and assess the effectiveness of treatments, documenting findings in accordance with clinic protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize care coordination for patients, ensuring a seamless recovery experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility primarily serves a diverse population of orthopedic outpatient clients with a range of conditions requiring rehabilitation. We cater to individuals recovering from surgeries, sports-related injuries, or chronic pain syndromes, and we strive to create individualized treatment plans that align with their specific recovery goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• Must have a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques.
• Proficient in developing appropriate exercise regimens tailored to patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize evidence-based practices in patient assessment and treatment.
• Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
