Account Executive (Enterprise)

Want to join a top 10 Microsoft Security partner? Invoke, a 100% Microsoft-focused partner, is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our team, specializing in Microsoft technologies including Cybersecurity, Endpoint Management, Collaboration, Generative AI (Copilot), and Identity. In this role, you will drive growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding opportunities within existing clients and our Microsoft Alliance. You will also drive wallet share growth with existing enterprise accounts by uncovering growth opportunities through upselling, Microsoft field seller relationship management, and cross-selling. By leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem, you will penetrate target accounts, create opportunities from scratch, and drive multi-year growth. Success in this position requires proven experience in technology professional services sales, a strong understanding of a Microsoft managed partnership model, and a customer-centric approach. This role is ideal for a driven seller who thrives on prospecting, winning new logos, closing complex deals, and excels at both account acquisition and account management, with clear targets and incentives for each area. Responsibilities Account Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new accounts to expand the firm’s client base, with a focus on Microsoft-centric organizations and opportunities. Account Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships within existing accounts and Microsoft field seller relationships, uncovering new needs and upselling/cross-selling the firm’s services and solutions. Microsoft Field Seller Engagement: Actively manage relationships with designated Microsoft field sellers to maximize joint Co-Sell pipeline and sales impact for both organizations. Sales Process Management: Lead the sales process from initial lead generation through proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Solution Selling: Leverage deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies and professional services, and productized professional services to present compelling solutions addressing client business challenges. Pipeline and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities within Invoke’s approved system of record (CRM); provide regular updates to sales and executive leadership. Market Awareness: Stay current with Microsoft technology trends, partner programs, and competitive landscape to effectively position the firm’s offerings. Event Participation: Represent the firm at Microsoft and industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences to generate leads and strengthen relationships. Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and identify emerging business opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with consulting, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Professional Development: Pursue relevant Microsoft certifications and continuous learning to remain at the forefront of technology professional services sales. Role-Specific Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services sales of Microsoft technologies. A minimum of 5 years of enterprise-level professional services sales A minimum of 2 years Microsoft Co-Sell experience Relationship building abilities. Demonstrate confident presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal skills Team player willing to assist peers to increase collective agility and success. You leverage emerging Microsoft technologies and market trends to propose innovative solutions to both an account’s IT and Business leaders, helping clients stay ahead and positioning our offerings competitively. Solve Problems Effectively– We tackle challenges with creativity, focus, and sustainable solutions, ensuring long-term success and stability. When faced with complex client requirements, you approach obstacles with a solution-oriented mindset, developing strategies that resolve immediate concerns to effectively build and close pipeline, and support long-term growth. Compensation This position is full-time offering a base salary and sales incentives. A generous benefits package is also available to qualifying full-time employees.
