Looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your accounting career? TRC Talent Solutions is hiring an Accountant to support a leading organization in Camp Hill, PA. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who has built a strong foundation in general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and account analysis and is ready to continue progressing toward a Senior Accountant-level role.

Job Details

• Location: Camp Hill, PA | Hybrid 

• Pay: $32-35/hr. (DOE)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform general ledger accounting and maintain accurate financial records

• Complete account reconciliations and research discrepancies

• Analyze account activity, variances, key drivers, and financial trends

• Participate in monthly and year-end close processes

• Generate internal financial performance reports, narratives, and ad hoc reporting

• Validate financial data and ensure transactions are processed in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

• Investigate accounting issues and proactively identify appropriate solutions

• Support internal and external audit requirements

• Partner with multiple departments and cross-functional teams on accounting initiatives

   

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required

• 2+ years of professional accounting experience required

• Significant experience with month-end close and account reconciliations

• Ability to research discrepancies, identify trends, and resolve complex accounting issues

• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Experience with financial reporting and data validation

• Experience leading projects and working across multiple departments is highly preferred

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Experience with Oracle Financial or another ERP system is preferred
