Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of each individual.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy interventions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions to address the unique needs of each client, making use of client feedback for ongoing adjustments.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of clients' well-being.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, providing a space for shared experience and mutual support among participants.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and safety planning as part of your response to emergent client needs, ensuring a thorough risk assessment process.

• Maintain ethical documentation standards, ensuring all client interactions and treatment details are accurately recorded and readily available for team collaboration and compliance.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses.
