Key Requirements:

• Active California SLP License or CA CTC
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, school-based services, or teletherapy
• Proficiency in conducting evaluations, implementing IEPs, and delivering therapy services
• Comfortable managing a caseload of students with diverse and differentiated needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy (both in-person and virtually as required)
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform individualized education plans
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to student strengths and needs
• Provide consultation and training to teachers and families
• Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and comply with regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate closely with staff and parents to foster students’ academic and social success
