Deliver impactful support to students as a Speech Language Pathologist working with transitional kindergarten through 5th grade. In this contract-based, full-time opportunity, you’ll provide essential direct and indirect services, playing a vital role in each child’s communication development in both in-person and teletherapy settings. You’ll manage a dynamic caseload with a diverse group of students, tailoring interventions and evaluations to meet their unique needs in a collaborative school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Current California SLP License or CA CTC credential required
• Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Experience in schools, pediatrics, and/or healthcare settings working with elementary-aged children
• Proficiency in teletherapy and flexibility to work with a combination of service delivery models
• Strong skills in conducting IEPs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and completing evaluations
• Exceptional organization, communication, and collaboration abilities

Primary Duties:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services, both directly and indirectly
• Administer evaluations and assessments for students with a wide range of needs
• Draft, update, and participate in IEP meetings and documentation
• Communicate progress with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members
• Adapt therapy techniques and materials for diverse learning styles and developmental levels
