Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
\n
• A strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment models, and cultural competence in therapeutic settings.

• Experience successfully delivering both individual and group therapy with an inclusive approach.

• Proven crisis intervention skills with a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
