Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Soulful Solutions Counseling Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions through video conferencing, ensuring a comfortable environment for clients.

• Employing solution-focused treatment modalities to identify and address each client’s unique mental health challenges.

• Creating individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s specific needs and objectives.

• Fostering client insight into their feelings, experiences, and relationships to facilitate meaningful growth and change.

• Monitoring the progress of clients throughout their treatment journey and providing updates to ensure best practices in care.

• Helping clients cultivate healthy coping mechanisms and ongoing strategies for improved mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily serving stable, low-acuity adults who present a diverse range of mental health needs. Our goal is to assist these individuals in developing practical skills that lead to enhanced quality of life. Your contribution plays a vital role in maintaining the mental health of our community members and providing them with the support they need to navigate life's challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possess one of the following licenses, ensuring you are fully licensed to practice independently without the need for supervision:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
\n
• No limited or provisional licenses, with a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, a sympathetic nature, and a strong commitment to ethical practice.

• Proficient computer literacy to efficiently navigate our therapist platform and client management systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience in a remote work setting and familiarity with telehealth practices will be advantageous. Ideal candidates will also have a background in working with diverse populations and an understanding of different therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We believe in recognizing and rewarding our team members for their exceptional work. The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 - 104,000, based on relevant experience and working hours. Additionally, we offer a competitive sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, along with convenient weekly direct deposit of earnings.
