Office Manager

Genuine Search Group

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced, 100-person office. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a productive, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment while supporting employees, leadership, and overall business operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships Coordinate office layout, seating arrangements, and space planning Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and maintenance vendors Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and office improvements Manage office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.) and ensure functionality Oversee office cleanliness and organization Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications Qualifications 3–7+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership Experience managing offices of 50+ employees (100+ preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office management tools Experience managing vendors, budgets, and facilities operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Genuine Search Group
