Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services to students dealing with a variety of challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate emotional and behavioral health, establishing baseline data upon which treatment plans will be developed.

• Designing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each student's unique needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Coordinating care with other professionals including teachers, school psychologists, and parents to create an inclusive support system for each student.

• Engaging in regular case reviews and collaborative treatment planning meetings to enhance service delivery.

• Providing psycho-education to clients and their families about mental health concerns, fostering a supportive environment where questions and dialogues are encouraged.

• Staying current with the latest research and practices in mental health, proactively integrating them into service delivery.

• Managing a full caseload effectively while upholding ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-age children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
