Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients’ mental health status through telehealth sessions to determine their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client conditions, while regularly monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and, when needed, group therapy, employing culturally responsive approaches to engage clients effectively.

• Provide clients with practical tools, coping strategies, and support to help them navigate their challenges successfully and achieve therapeutic goals.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records within our electronic health record (EHR) system, documenting clinical interactions, assessments, and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with external healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, for referrals and comprehensive care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will support a diverse population of clients, each with unique backgrounds and mental health needs. Your caseload may include individuals dealing with various issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, and more. Your ability to connect with clients from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds will be essential in fostering a therapeutic alliance and promoting positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state as an LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical setting.
\n
• A solid understanding of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and culturally competent therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, you will also receive:
