Extended Stay America

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver outstanding guest experiences at the Lakeland property. You will check guests in and out, answer phones, and handle payments while following ESA procedures. Daily duties include maintaining front desk areas, promoting ESA services, and ensuring brand standards.
