HR Coordinator

Coordinate employee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Plan, coordinate, and support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events to promote a positive workplace culture.

Track and maintain employee certifications, ensuring all required credentials remain current throughout the season.

Knowledge of company handbook to answer questions for employees.

Audit and maintain employee personnel files and employment records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Prepare and submit unemployment claims accurately and within required deadlines.

Conduct employee check-ins as needed to support engagement, performance, and retention.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Assist with audits and reporting.

Other duties as assigned.

HR competence and knowledge of HR process and computer programs.

Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat.

Previous administrative or coordinator experience, preferably in Human Resources.

Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.

Bilingual preferred.
