Head of Sales About the Company Respected provider of industrial automation solutions Industry Industrial Automation Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Sales for the Americas with a strong background in senior sales leadership within the industrial manufacturing sectors, particularly in plastics, injection molding, extrusion, and industrial automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet annual targets, expanding the customer base, and driving growth in both recurring revenue streams and large, complex capital equipment solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial and contractual risk profiles to negotiate and close high-value deals, as well as the ability to lead and mentor a multi-channel sales organization. The Head of Sales will also be expected to stay abreast of industry trends, network with key stakeholders, and recommend target markets based on market evaluation. Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior commercial leadership role, with a focus on the Americas region.
