Healthcare Accounting Manager - Interim Contract (Remote)
Contract Length: 4-5 months
Location: Remote
Start: ASAP
We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Accounting Manager to support month-end close and financial reporting for a multi-site healthcare environment during a centralized accounting transition.
What You'll Do

• Own the month-end close process for assigned facilities
• Review and prepare journal entries, P&L, and balance sheet analysis
• Lead post-close review, variance analysis, and reporting
• Serve as the primary accounting partner to site leadership
• Streamline and improve close processes and accounting controls
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and joint venture reporting as needed

What You Bring

• 5 years of healthcare or facility accounting experience
• Prior experience managing or leading others
• Strong general ledger and month-end close expertise
• Comfortable reviewing JEs and explaining financial results
• Experience working in large, centralized accounting environments

Systems

• ERP experience required
• Oracle Fusion strongly preferred
