Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while still maintaining a strong connection with the school environment. As a member of our mental health team within schools, you will collaborate closely with educators, school counselors, and support staff to promote a positive mental health culture among students. Our work schedule is structured from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend commitments, ensuring a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the mental health needs of students and their families, developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services, including crisis intervention and support to students facing emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights with teachers, school administrators, and other health professionals to facilitate an integrated approach to care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, along with a current LCSW license to practice in New York.
