This position offers the flexibility of remote work while also providing opportunities for face-to-face sessions in our outpatient office located in Joliet, Illinois. The role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Our outpatient office in Joliet offers a supportive environment when in-person sessions are required. We operate seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, which helps accommodate various schedules. The practice is equipped with the latest technological tools to facilitate effective telehealth consultations and client interactions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of clients, developing individualized therapy plans to address their specific mental health needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions for groups, families, couples, and individuals, utilizing a blend of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality in client care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
