Job Title: Cold Chain Logistics Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Cold Chain Logistics Associate to support temperature-controlled shipping and export operations. This role is responsible for preparing and refurbishing cold chain packaging, processing shipments, reviewing shipping documentation, monitoring shipment status, updating internal systems, and ensuring product temperature integrity throughout the shipping process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process temperature-sensitive shipments.
- Configure and refurbish cold chain packaging and gel packs.
- Verify shipping documentation and coordinate export shipments.
- Monitor shipment status and respond to emails and follow-ups.
- Update shipment records using internal systems and Excel.
- Operate pallet jacks and assist with warehouse operations.
- Follow company safety procedures and complete required training.
- Support packaging replenishment and perform other assigned duties.
Required Skills:
- Warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cold chain or temperature-controlled shipping is a plus.
- Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift packages and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
