Associate Territory Manager

Job Description We are seeking a motivated Associate Territory Manager to join a fast-growing medical device company offering an innovative wearable technology designed to support individuals with peripheral neuropathy. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career sales professional looking to break into or grow within the medical device industry. The Associate Territory Manager will work closely with the Territory Manager to support account development, customer relationships, and overall territory growth. The role will initially focus on VA accounts , with plans to expand into private practice and additional healthcare settings early next year. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their medical device sales experience with an expected promotion to Territory Manager within approximately 6–18 months , based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the Territory Manager to support overall territory growth and account development Assist with developing and maintaining relationships within VA accounts Call on physicians, clinicians, and healthcare professionals within neurology, podiatry, and physical therapy Educate healthcare providers on the company's wearable medical technology and its clinical applications Support product education, demonstrations, and customer follow-up Identify prospective accounts and new business opportunities throughout the territory Assist with account onboarding and ongoing customer support Develop a strong understanding of the sales process, clinical environment, and competitive landscape Work toward progressively taking on greater ownership of accounts and sales responsibilities Growth Opportunity This position is designed as a pathway into a full Territory Manager role. The Associate Territory Manager will receive hands-on exposure to medical device sales, account management, clinical selling, and territory development, with an expected promotional timeline of approximately 6–18 months for successful performers.
