Our innovative telehealth model allows you to work remotely, providing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while meeting the needs of patients. The position predominantly operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexible scheduling to accommodate patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of patients and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.

• Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups that provide a platform for individuals to connect and discuss their experiences in a safe environment.

• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and support to clients during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and available local resources.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation aligned with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems for efficient tracking.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including participating in case consultations and team meetings.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
