Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to better understand clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focused on fostering client engagement and satisfaction.

• Maintain rigorous documentation of therapy sessions and ongoing treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders (e.g., schools, healthcare providers) to further support client treatment.

• Ensure continuity of care through ongoing assessment and adjustments to treatment plans based on clients’ progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our mental health community, you will work primarily with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who present with a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• An active unrestricted license to practice as a Counselor (LMHC, LMFT) or Social Worker (LICSW), allowing you to provide unsupervised therapy services.

• A clean record without any disciplinary actions from licensing boards in any jurisdiction.

• Proficiency with intake assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and effective therapeutic interventions.

• Outstanding written communication skills for documenting client sessions comprehensively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy, specifically focused on adults.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques, including CBT and other cognitive-behavioral interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, qualifying therapists can take advantage of a sign-on bonus and a monthly health insurance stipend. The position offers the flexibility to choose your hours, whether you prefer part-time or full-time, allowing you to align your work life with your personal commitments.
