Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health issues, utilizing clinical interviewing techniques and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific mental health needs and goals of each client.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide integrated care and ensure a cohesive treatment approach.

• Participate in clinical team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, fostering a collaborative environment focused on client outcomes.

• Educate and support families, enabling them to understand mental health challenges and participate actively in their loved ones' recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
