Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions in sessions, monitoring client progress and making adjustments as needed to optimize their mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records compliant with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation is timely and thorough.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care delivered to clients.

• Educate and support clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them on their recovery journeys.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in the mental health field to ensure that therapeutic practices are current and effective.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, with the ability to tailor interventions according to individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, conducive to building trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
