Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify their needs and strengths.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that guide the interventions and supports provided.

• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of implemented strategies, making adjustments as necessary to optimize development.
\n
• Provide ongoing support to families, equipping them with resources and strategies to aid in their child’s growth.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations in every aspect of service delivery.

• Foster meaningful relationships with children, their families, and your team members to promote a healthy learning environment conducive to growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be infants, toddlers, and young children, many of whom experience developmental delays or disabilities. This position emphasizes the importance of early intervention as a means of fostering developmental milestones and supporting families during critical growth phases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required to facilitate home visits as necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to various learning styles, ensuring that treatment plans meet the individualized needs of each child.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
