Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing our LCSWs the flexibility to deliver mental health services from various locations while maintaining a focus on student well-being. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including educators and mental health practitioners, to create a supportive environment for our clients. Your contribution will include developing care plans and coordinating services that meet the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students dealing with severe emotional disorders or symptoms of major mental illness, both in the remote setting and through community outreach.

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with clients and their families, building trust through empathetic communication and professional rapport.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine each client's needs, collaborating with school staff and families to develop appropriate plans.

• Create and implement integrated care plans and ensure continuity of care by facilitating communication among multiple stakeholders, including families, educators, and external providers.

• Deliver brief, focused therapeutic interventions and recovery services, adapting techniques to suit various age groups and cultural backgrounds.

• Actively participate as a member of the clinical team, contributing to case discussions and continuously enhancing collaborative practices.

• Provide crisis intervention when required, ensuring client safety and well-being at all times.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each client, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Engage in on-call duties as assigned, providing after-hours support as needed.
