Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Cardiovascular Specialty - Tucson, AZ

Position Summary The TAS is a field-based role responsible for driving demand for BMS medicines for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) with deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label. Key Responsibilities Promote approved indications within a defined territory/region to meet/exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner. Create demand by articulating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients. Maintain/grow scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas. Prepare and implement territory and account plans. Use tools such as SOPHIA to derive insights and inform call plans; provide feedback to leadership. Present approved scientific information to HCPs with medical accuracy; conduct in-office presentations. Organize external speaker programs (select speakers from Speakers Bureau-approved list; manage scheduling/logistics). Maintain expertise on emerging data for approved indications. Use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries. Collaborate with other field teams to optimize HCP Customer Experience (Cx); share insights internally. Comply with laws, regulations, and BMS policies. Required Qualifications Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse. Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately. Experience building credibility with key customers and office staff. Cardiovascular experience preferred. Account management and selling competencies with proven track record meeting/exceeding goals. Ability to work cross-functionally with positive, can-do mindset.
