Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Cardiovascular Specialty - Savannah, GA

Position Summary Drive demand for BMS medicines in the Cardiovascular portfolio for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) using deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label. Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community physicians/HCPs as primary point of contact; liaise cross‑functionally to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically. Field‑based role; spend much of time in the field with external customers. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly; create demand by explaining clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow product/Therapeutic Area expertise; implement territory/account plans; use SOPHIA; provide tool feedback to leadership. Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: Use approved resources to ensure medical accuracy; conduct in‑office presentations; organize external speaker programs; maintain expertise on emerging data; use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions/technical inquiries. Cross‑functional collaboration: Collaborate with field teams; share insights internally. Required Qualifications & Experience Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse. Communicate clinical/scientific data accurately; build credibility with customers; cardiovascular experience preferred. Account management, selling competencies, proven sales performance; cross‑functional effectiveness; selling/promotional skills.
