Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments, tailoring treatment plans that align with patients’ unique experiences and needs.

• Implement and practice evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques, customized to each patient's cultural and personal background.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing mental health concerns and fostering resilience and coping strategies among participants.

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to create integrated care plans and ensure comprehensive service delivery.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, guiding individuals through their most challenging times.

• Educate patients and their families about various mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources, empowering them to take charge of their mental health journeys.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation in accordance with both legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

• Contribute to case conferences and team meetings, engaging in active discussions and cultural competency training sessions to enhance service delivery.

• Stay updated on current mental health research, best practices, and relevant cultural considerations to deliver the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
