Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions through secure and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms, while fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere for clients.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs of each client and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that promote progress and healing.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in alignment with best practice standards and California state regulations, ensuring all client records are up to date.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

• Current and valid state licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a counseling role, demonstrating expertise in working with both adults and families.

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to ensure efficient service delivery and documentation.

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills to effectively carry out virtual sessions and maintain patient records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
