Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical guidelines.

• Deliver psychoeducational groups and workshops for patients and their families, focusing on mental health awareness and treatment adherence.

• Guide and advise clients on treatment plans and any prescribed medications to promote adherence and effective self-management.
\n
• Supervise post-master fellows and associate clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, or professional clinical counselors as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress, adhering to state laws and NCQA standards.

• Regularly collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to evaluate the need for psychiatric medication among clients.

• Respond to safety concerns and mandated reporting requirements promptly, ensuring client and community safety.

• Utilize community resources to support clients’ treatment pathways, including referrals to outside services when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
