Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients via telehealth, addressing a variety of emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress to ensure their immediate safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our efficient therapist portal, which facilitates seamless data management and monitoring of clients’ progress.

• Administer comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments to better understand and determine the treatment needs of clients.

• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to guide clients facing specific behavioral challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals from various backgrounds, including adolescents and their families, who are navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work, holding active licensure in California as either an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Understanding of contemporary principles, practices, and techniques in individual and family counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in counseling, specifically engaging with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually.
