Office Manager & Executive Assistant

BRILLIANT CORNERS ARTIST MANAGEMENT Office Manager & Executive Assistant Brilliant Corners Artist Management is a San Francisco-based artist management company representing a roster of acclaimed musicians. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive full-time Office Manager & Executive Assistant for our San Francisco office. This role is equal parts office administrator, executive assistant to the CEO, and artist operations coordinator working alongside our management team. It is an involved role within a busy artist management company, ideal for anyone looking to further their career in the entertainment industry and to begin learning the music business and talent management. Qualified candidates must have exceptional organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills. Candidates must be assertive self-starters; proactive and disciplined even in the most ambiguous situations. Keen attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication skills are vital to success in this position. The ideal candidate has a selfless, positive attitude, deep desire to learn, and strong project management instincts. This position reports directly to senior partners and works in collaboration with artist managers and the broader Brilliant Corners team to provide excellent management services to our clients. Office Management & Operations Support Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors and general inquiry emails. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment. Manage vendor relationships (internet and software providers, utilities, cleaners, etc.) and help coordinate office financial recordkeeping. Act as the primary office liaison to company accountants, payroll and insurance providers, and IT support. Oversee office filing systems (physical and digital) and maintain an organized database of company and client records. Schedule and facilitate office meetings, company calls, and recurring company check-ins. Assist with coordinating staff schedule calendars, personnel records, and needs for staff outing and company events. Partner with senior management on organizational projects and the development of company processes. Hire, onboard, and manage interns with support from senior management. Collaborate with Brilliant Corners teams on client scheduling, data management, and administrative projects involving label relations, public relations, merchandise, licensing, publishing, touring, endorsements, artistic/creative processes, production, and marketing. Coordinate digital marketing for select artists on the client roster, supporting artist managers on social media management and digital marketing execution. Executive Assistant Duties Manage calendar for CEO: schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and events. Track and submit executive expense reports with accuracy and timeliness. Provide occasional assistance for executive travel - hotels and flights. Communicate on behalf of Brilliant Corners as the primary tenant of shared office space, fielding requests from other tenant companies and resolving them with the CEO’s guidance. Provide reliable executive support across day-to-day priorities as they arise. Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or executive support roles; music industry or entertainment experience a plus. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to represent the organization professionally across staff, vendors, and clients. Proactive, assertive qualities of a self-starter who can manage priorities and multiple workflows. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite. Comfort working with or willingness to learn systems for expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping. Experience with or willingness to learn music industry platforms and operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
