Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges widely, including individuals dealing with various emotional challenges stemming from life transitions, trauma, and stressors that affect mental well-being. We seek counselors who are equipped to support a diverse population, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet unique client needs and backgrounds. Your ability to build strong rapport quickly will be essential in fostering trust and encouraging clients to engage fully in their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a relevant field from an accredited institution.

• An active license or certification in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience working with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges in a clinical setting.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to connect with clients and maintain therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
