Description - How You Will Make an Impact

• Conduct both routine and specialized laboratory tests-covering domains such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology-adhering to established protocols throughout.
• Evaluate test results meticulously for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection procedures and prepare samples for subsequent analysis as required.
• Document protocols diligently, mentor new staff or interns, and help maintain quality assurance standards across the laboratory.
• Ensure a safe, compliant work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing certification maintenance is required throughout your tenure.
