Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while utilizing telehealth technology. You will have a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the emotional, psychological, and developmental needs of children and adolescents.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that incorporate both therapeutic interventions and family involvement.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to address various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to assist caregivers in fostering supportive home environments and improving family dynamics.

• Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, participating in regular case consultations with child psychiatrists and allied health professionals to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients and their families during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and participation in team meetings, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents aged 5 to 18 years, providing tailored support for mental health disorders that significantly impact their daily lives and overall development. You will foster meaningful therapeutic relationships to build trust and encourage open communication, creating a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting working with children and adolescents is preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders along with proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect compassionately with clients and their families.

• Competency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant technology tools for effective case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
