Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine their social and emotional needs.

• Participating in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation, ensuring that each child's unique needs are met.
\n
• Monitoring outcomes and providing continuous feedback to improve strategy effectiveness as a collaborative team member.
\n
• Building trusting relationships with families to provide guidance and support tailored to each child's development.
\n
• Adhering to all Federal and State regulations in the execution of your duties.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices while implementing strategies for child development in natural settings.
\n
• Coaching families on effective methods to enhance their child's growth and developmental milestones.
\n
• Delivering essential information, skills, and supportive practices to families, promoting a nurturing environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your efforts will primarily focus on supporting infants and toddlers, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays. Our programs aim to empower children aged three years and under by promoting essential skills that are vital in their formative years—physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your role is pivotal in guiding these young clients and their families through personalized interventions and support.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, accompanied by a valid LCSW license from the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel for home visits where needed.
\n
• Proficiency in adapting to varying learning styles to meet the individualized needs of each child and their family.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, fostering a respectful and effective team dynamic.

• Time management skills to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively.

• Commitment to utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices in working with young children and families.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year of experience working specifically with children in early intervention is required, we prefer candidates who can demonstrate:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
