This position is a full-time, onsite role located at a school-based facility in Silver Spring. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and follow-up appointments for 16-20 cardiology patients daily, ensuring comprehensive assessments of their conditions.
• Perform stress tests and interpret results, working with patients to discuss implications and treatment plans.
• Manage the care of patients with chronic heart diseases, providing tailored management strategies to enhance quality of life and prevent complications.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health, including lifestyle modifications, medication adherence, and disease management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient encounters in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
