Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine individual care needs, incorporating a review of medical history and current cardiovascular conditions.
• Educate patients on cardiovascular health, medications, and lifestyle adaptations for improved outcomes, answering any queries before and after procedures.
• Coordinate care plans and patient readiness throughout the clinic, ensuring seamless patient interactions and a smooth workflow across departments.
• Administer and interpret various stress testing procedures, including standard, echocardiographic, and nuclear stress tests, managing patient responses effectively.
• Help patients manage their International Normalized Ratio (INR) for anticoagulation therapy, closely monitoring their condition and adjusting treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to enhance clinical workflows, fostering an environment of teamwork to improve patient care delivery.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals with chronic heart conditions, those undergoing cardiac rehabilitation, and pre-operative patients. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid nursing license in the state of Maryland.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with a Master's in Nursing or a Master’s in Physician Assistant studies is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
