Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite at our assisted living facility, providing a dynamic work environment. You will have the opportunity to engage closely with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care. Your regular schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the flexibility to occasionally extend hours based on patient needs. Weekend participation in community health events may also be expected.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, you will:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and health evaluations for patients with cardiac concerns, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions, focusing on preventive health measures.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care, promoting high standards of adherence to treatment protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population residing in our assisted living facility, including older adults who may have complex medical histories. Qualifications

To succeed in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Nurse Practitioner certification and an active state nursing license.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience, with a strong preference for experience in cardiology, community health, or public health settings.

Compensation and Benefits

Farm Workers Comfort Cove Hospital offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
