Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and comprehensive physical examinations for patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions, utilizing advanced clinical judgment.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of patients, leveraging evidence-based practices.
• Order and interpret relevant diagnostic tests, such as EKGs and echocardiograms, to aid in the diagnosis and ongoing management of cardiovascular health.
• Prescribe appropriate medications or non-pharmacological interventions based on patient assessments and clinical guidelines.
• Educate patients and their families on heart health, prevention of cardiovascular diseases, and lifestyle changes necessary for maintaining optimal health.
• Collaborate closely with cardiologists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care and seamless communication across disciplines.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring that all documentation reflects high-quality care.
