Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including evaluations of medical histories, physical examinations, and appropriate diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose a wide array of acute and chronic health conditions, developing tailored treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and screenings, ensuring timely and accurate diagnosis.
• Collaborate closely with an assigned physician and other healthcare professionals to deliver cohesive patient-centered care.
• Prescribe medications and therapies, monitor patient responses, and adjust treatment plans based on individual health needs.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention strategies, promoting proactive health management.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.

• An active and valid state Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license.
• Proven proficiency in patient assessments, diagnostics, and medical treatment provision.

Compensation and Benefits
