Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical history reviews, providing detailed diagnosis and treatment plans for various health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide care to a diverse patient demographic, including adults with a wide array of health concerns. Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, with an emphasis on advanced nursing practices.
• Must be licensed or eligible to practice as a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) in the State of Maryland, with national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from an accredited organization.
• Acute Care certified NPs will not be considered for this role, as the focus is largely on internal medicine and community health.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an internal medicine or primary care setting is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle varied patient cases.
• Demonstrated experience in health education and promotion, effectively addressing patient concerns and queries.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for seamless patient documentation and management.

Compensation and Benefits
