Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings for individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide patient care.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions with a strong emphasis on preventive care and health promotion, ensuring that patients understand their health status and treatment options.
