Work Environment

Our state-of-the-art outpatient facility in Bowie offers a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork. Your work hours will typically be Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional opportunities to extend your hours for community outreach on weekends or to participate in health fairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough health assessments and screenings tailored to individuals and families, including vital sign checks, physical exams, and lab test interpretations.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, collaboratively creating care plans with a strong focus on preventive care and patient education.
• Develop and implement health education programs in collaboration with local community organizations, ensuring engagement with diverse populations.
• Provide culturally sensitive care that promotes patient autonomy and rights, addressing any barriers to healthcare access.
• Facilitate patient referrals and provide coordinated follow-up to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, aligned with your experience and qualifications.
