Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art hospital, where you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, nurses, and support staff. Your schedule will typically be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional extended hours and weekend involvement as necessary for community health events.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical examinations of patients with cardiovascular conditions, employing advanced diagnostic tools and methods.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients managing acute and chronic heart conditions, including hypertension, heart failure, and arrhythmias.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families, focusing on preventive measures and lifestyle modifications to improve heart health.
• Facilitate seamless referrals to specialists and coordinate follow-up care to ensure continued monitoring and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records, adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards.
• Participate actively in community health initiatives, offering screenings and educational workshops to promote cardiovascular health awareness.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in cardiology, ensuring evidence-based practice within your clinical work.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
