Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing established evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with specific actionable goals and appropriate interventions based on client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educators—to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention and perform risk assessments, developing safety plans when necessary to support vulnerable clients in high-stress situations.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress and treatment activities in compliance with ethical and legal standards, using electronic health record systems.

• Facilitate psychoeducation groups and support sessions, promoting healthy coping strategies and peer support among clients.

• Provide mentorship to junior social workers or interns, contributing to their professional development and growth in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-aged children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related concerns, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
