Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide engaging and effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to track progress and tailor treatment modalities.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring regular follow-ups and adjustments based on client feedback and observed outcomes.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases and contribute to holistic treatment plans that promote client welfare.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation while minimizing administrative burdens to maximize direct client engagement.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges related to substance use disorders and accompanying mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Licensure: A current, valid license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential.

• Compliance: Candidates must fulfill pre-employment conditions such as tuberculosis screening, background checks (including criminal history and driving records), drug screenings, and reference verification. Continuous monitoring in accordance with company policy and applicable laws is expected.
